Google have released a PC version of the Android Market. I have only just found this so I am not fully up to date with it, but it looks very promising.

It is very easy to use and search for Apps,Themes,Games, I actually found a Game that I had been looking for for 6 months.

With Google making this PC based it really looks like that it wants the number 1 spot for Smartphones. In my opinion Google did not need to do this.

The PC based Market displays all the same content that you would find on your HTC Desire Android Smartphone, the graphics are larger, you can also see apps permission requests, once you have purchased an app google will push the download to the device.

By making the Market available to use on your PC it will give users the best experience.

This was first announced May 2010.

My advice to you would be to check this out.

If I am at a PC and wanted to check an app I would not hesitate to check.
