Why do I need to do a Factory Reset on my HTC Desire S,you may ask?

There are at least 2 instances why you need to do a Factory Reset on your HTC Desire.

1) You are selling your HTC Desire.

2) This one I would not wish on anyone, is if you have accidentally installed an App with a Virus or Malware, this is why you need to install an Anti Virus App. Read about an Anti Virus review I did on the 8th November 2010 here.

PLEASE Be aware that doing a Factory Reset you will lose all data,Apps, contacts and images.

Instructions on how to do a Factory Reset.

1) Press the Menu button

2) Press the Settings button

3)Press the SD& Phone storage

4) Press Factory data reset

5)On the next screen you will be given the option to Erase the SD card when  Resetting the Phone
